As a Window Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and replacement of various types of windows in residential settings. You will work as part of a team or independently, depending on the scope of the project. Your primary objective is to ensure the proper and safe installation of windows while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Window Installation: Remove existing windows, frames, and hardware, carefully handling and disposing of old materials. Prepare the installation site, ensuring it is clean and free from any obstructions. Install and secure windows using appropriate tools, techniques, and materials. Seal windows properly to prevent air and water leaks, ensuring energy efficiency and weather resistance.
- Material Handling and Preparation: Load and unload windows and related materials from trucks or delivery vehicles. Check windows for any defects or damages before starting the installation process. Prepare the necessary tools, equipment, and materials needed for each installation project.
- Quality Control: Ensure that each installation adheres to industry standards and meets the company’s quality guidelines. Conduct inspections to verify proper installation, alignment, and functionality of windows.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers professionally and courteously, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Maintain a positive and customer-oriented attitude throughout the installation process.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries during installations. Keep the installation area and surrounding environment safe and clean.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, contractors, or to ensure a smooth installation process. Coordinate tasks and responsibilities to achieve efficient project completion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver’s License.
- Comfortable with ladders and working outdoors.
- Knowledge of different types of windows, their materials, and installation methods.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy windows and equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them.

We are a fast-growing company looking for a versatile individual to join our team as a Painter/Stainer & Warehouse Assistant. If you are skilled in painting and staining and are eager to contribute to various warehouse tasks, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Paint and stain various products/materials to meet quality standards.
- Prepare surfaces for painting or staining by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Mix and match stains and paints for consistent finishes.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including loading/unloading, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with the installation team for day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in painting, staining, or a similar role (preferred).
- Ability to work with different tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Willingness to assist with warehouse operations.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required
